A. We offer competitive pay that is well above the market rate.
Q. Do you offer free childcare while I am working?
A. Yes! While you cannot bring your child(ren) to the school you are working at, we do have center partners where you can bring your child(ren) so you can work. There is no cost for you to take advantage of this however, space is available on a first come, first serve basis.

A. That is up to you! We have people on our team who love working and take jobs daily. We also have people on our team that only want to work when they need a couple extra dollars. It’s really up to you!

A. We offer flexible schedules including early morning shifts, late afternoon shift and of course, shifts that are in the middle of the normal workday.

A. We will walk you through the process. It’s very simple and most people can start working the next day.

A. We will send out new jobs via our app. You can sign up for job notifications to be sent to you via text and/or email.
Q. Do you offer benefits to your substitutes?
A. Yes, many of our substitutes are offered amazing benefits – even when they aren’t working fulltime.
Q. What areas do you have jobs in?
A. We are a boutique substitute firm. We fill positions in San Diego, Riverside and Orange county. However, you only need to accept jobs that are in your area.
Q. How often do I get paid?
A. We issue paychecks every Friday. That means if you work on Wednesday, you can get paid as soon as two days later! Paychecks are automatically deposited into your bank account and arrive on Friday morning for most banks and credit unions.
Q. What should I bring to my interview?
A. Just the basic stuff! Your social security card, a copy of your transcripts, a picture ID, your resume and anything else you want to share with us.
